About Me

To be a highly organized and personable real estate professional that enjoys others people and enjoys the challenge of quickly and efficiently selling a home or helping people purchase their new home in the shortest possible time.

For over twenty five years Al has worked in the real estate industry. By real estate industry standards Al has done very well and has sold properties all over the bay area and in California. Al has been involved with real estate since 1981 when he purchased two properties in Redwood City. In 1985 Al purchased the home where he lived until November of 2018 in Eureka Valley in San Francisco. In the past few years he has been purchasing homes fixing them and selling them for a profit or keeping them as rentals  Al know how to transact with tenants, contractors, architects, trades people and the department of building inspections.  In November of 2018 he moved to Palm Springs seeking warm weather and he continued his Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker.

Al was a Corporate Trust Officer for Bank of California for many years.  He monitored the development of multifamily residential complexes from the acquisition of the raw land to the funding for the construction of the projects thought out California. He knows about contracts, real estate documents and, most of all, deadlines.

He worked for Interaction Associates as an accountant. Interaction Associates is a consulting company in San Francisco and Boston that specializes in facilitation, conflict resolution and negotiation.
